Lucie Pavlíčková

Lucie has been working in the real estate business for more than 25 years. In the past experience, she has been involved in project management and property management of shopping centers, logistics and retail areas, and office buildings. She also has an extensive experience in management of residential projects. She gained her most recent work experience as a real estate management director at the RSBC investment group. There she significantly participated in the acquisition of one of the largest real estate portfolios of the Austrian real estate fund Conwert Immobilien Gruppe, which included cooperation with Martin Kúšik’s Odyssey 44. Lucie has led comprehensive management projects and participated in the asset management of the real estate fund portfolio Patria Residential Fund and Generali Real Estate Fund. She has also worked in agricultural land investment project and held positions on the management boards of several companies.
