1. Who processes your personal data
The controller of your personal data is Veritas Consulting s.r.o., Company ID 27332250, registered office Opletalova 1417/25, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 390435 (“we”).
Please send any questions about personal data protection to info@veritasconsulting.eu or to our registered office. We have not appointed a data protection officer, as the law does not require us to.
2. What data we process and why
We only process the data you send us and the technical data needed to run and protect the website. We measure website traffic anonymously, and collect more detailed statistics only with your consent. We do not use advertising tools.

Providing data in the form is voluntary. Without your e-mail address, however, we cannot reply. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
3. Cookies
The website uses cookies that are necessary for it to work, to protect the contact form and to remember your choice in the cookie banner. WP Statistics only runs after you consent; Independent Analytics does not use cookies. We do not use marketing cookies.

You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. If you block the reCAPTCHA cookie, the contact form may not work; in that case please e-mail us directly at info@veritasconsulting.eu.
You can change or withdraw your consent to statistics at any time using the “Cookie settings” button at the edge of the page. Statistics data stays on our hosting and is not shared with third parties.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data or use it for marketing. It is only accessible to our employees and to the following processors that provide technical services to us:

Transfers of data to the USA are based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, in which Google and Microsoft participate, or on standard contractual clauses. The use of reCAPTCHA is also subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
We may also disclose data to public authorities where required by law.
5. Your rights
In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:
- access the data we process about you,
- have inaccurate data corrected,
- have your data erased if we no longer need it or process it unlawfully,
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
To exercise your rights, e-mail us at info@veritasconsulting.eu. We will reply within one month at the latest.
If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7) or with the data protection authority in your country of residence.
6. Final provisions
This policy is effective from 25 September 2026. If we change how we process data, we will update this policy and publish the new version on this page.
